Picnic - Ultra-early ripening variety. This variety refers to “18 days” and “French breakfast” variety. The period from sprouting to harvesting is 20-25 days. Cylindrical-shaped roots in the length of 4-5 cm and in diameter 1,8-2,2 cm. Smooth even skin has light-red colour with a white end. The flesh is white, firm and juicy. It has not big tops. It is suitable for early sowing in green-houses or outdoors. It is characterized by simultaneous fruiting and excellent eating qualities. The yield of variety is 15-20 t/ha.
