Early-ripening, high marketability, shipping qualities and uniformity of fruits
Lira F1 - Early-ripening hybrid. The period from sprouting to fruit ripening is 87-92 days. Determinate mid-leaved and medium-growing plant type. Fruits are firm, big, smooth, they have round shape and bright red colour, the weight is 130-140 g. They have excellent marketability and shipping qualities, great taste. It is characterized by simultaneous fruiting, resistance to tomato mosaic virus, bacterial blight, fusarium blight and relative stability to alternaria blight. The yield at the open ground is 100-120 t/ha and in the green-houses is 15-20 kg/m2. Planting system depends on the irrigation system and soil type. Recommended planting system with using drop irrigation is 120+60 x 30-32 cm. The amount of plants in this scheme is 33,5-35 thousand plants per hectare. If you use another irrigation system then the next scheme should be used 70x35 cm or 90x30 cm. It is recommended to grow for early products on the trellis of green houses or in an open ground.
