 Late-ripening cabbage TARAS F1

High yielding, excellent storage and eating quality


 

Taras F1 - Late ripening hybrid. The period from transplanting to harvesting is 130-145 days. Flat round-shaped heads with a small cone near core have a very high density, inner core isn't big. Average head's weight is between 2,5-4 kg. Thrips and lice can't produce damage to plants thanks to strong vegetable wax. Spreading plant has a tall stem that shows excellent storage quality. Hybrid has a resistance to many diseases (fusarium blight, alternaria blight, stem blight, black rot and stump rot of cabbage) and usually doesn't affected by focal necrosis during storage. Hybrid is all-purpose, can be used for pickling after a long storage (8-10 month). It is recommended to plant by using 30-40 days seedlings and the follow scheme 70 x 45-50 cm. The recommended nutrient soil balance for receiving 80-100 tons per hectare is the follow: N 200-250 kg/h; P2O5 75-100 kg/h; K2O 250-350 kg/ha.
